Hey Friends,
Lately I have been finding myself engaging in an inner dialogue with an endless stream of negativity—fears, regrets, bitter thoughts, and anxiety. And while it does make sense from one standpoint—life is hard, people die, the world is a scary place, the future is uncertain, I often feel misunderstood, I make massive mistakes, etc.), it is also completely unnecessary because God offers me another kind of life. One where I have access to never-ending hope and peace that passes all understanding. Today I am sharing a little bit about my struggle and how I deal with the voices. I hope that someone may find my own experiences useful in helping to lead them out of that negative self-talk and into a better, more beautiful, more meaningful life. I truly hope this recording feels like an arm around your shoulder.

Thanks so much for being here and bearing witness to my life. It means so much to me that you are here.
Sending love,
Mackenzie
